At least you have time to play the games. My backlog is just getting higher and higher. I do not have enough free hours to play everything I have bought.... Just Oblivion is going to keep me occupied for some time to come.

Don't worry. Steam accounts can be willed to your heirs ^_^

Maybe the gamer of the family should be the one to get it :P

How dare you sir! You question my gamer credentials? :) Of course I am the gamer of the family, it is just as you get older you find you have less and less time. Or I do.

Also I still have no gaming pc right now - that might be a contributing factor

The Mawesome Pack
Empire: TW $DLC
Alien Breed Trilogy
Beat Hazard Ultra
Lead & Gold: GotWW
Darksiders
Oddboxx
Assassin's Creed 2
DAO: UE
King Arthur Collection
STALKER CS and CoP

$73 so far. As they say in Washington, 'A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you're talking real money.' Then again, that's barely above a full-price retail game, and I got some real gems in there, so when I play them in twenty years, I'll be glad to have them. :shrugs:

First up when I have the time will be DAO: UE. Can't wait (I've been waiting a while, actually).

I've only spent $23. I spent $18 on the Gothic pack (since I've never played any of them) and $5 on Just Cause 2.

I payed $17 for Just Cause 2 half a year ago, and I would have been happy spending TWICE that.
Well done.

I liked Just Cause 2 but found the gamepad support to be horrendous and I'm using a wired 360 controller. The sensitivity and control were very difficult to adjust and use.

So far I'm into this sale about 35 bucks.

25$ + 3 months of Rift ~40$ = 65$ so far, however the sale isn't over.

Bioshock 1&2 (Yes, I never played them)
Rift Collectors edition (If the fun lasts 3+ months it's a sound investment/time-sink)

I spent about $75 total. Picked up Portal 2, Duke Forever (if it's mediocre for $60 it has to be solid for $25), Darksiders and a few random cheap games.

That should last me most of the summer.

I spent something like $30.

Got the "X Superbox" for $10, "Trine" for $2 and "DOW2 Retribution" for $15. Now I just need a joystick.

Just think, some day they'll make the $50 games at Gamestop from 2011 look like their text-based counterpart from the 80s. By that time, you won't care how much a graphically superior game costs, because in the end your only friend will be your polinidal cyst.

I forget what I spent, about 100 I think. Bought a lot of packs for easy birthday presents.
