GameBrink (http://www.gamebrink.com/) brings us yet another Japanese review...
The Guilty Gear series is one of the most refined fighting game series yet. The latest entry is Guilty Gear XX Slash. It is mostly just Guilty Gear XX #Reload with new characters and minor changes to character movesets and a few balance issues. This is basically the same for XX #Reload, which was mostly just Guilty Gear XX with a new character and some minor changes to movesets. So does XX Slash justify buying for fans and newcomers alike even if it’s basically the same as XX #Reload with a few changes? Here are my thoughts on the game.
