We all already know that in anticipation of the upcoming release of Portal 2, the GLaDOS@Home program has distributed computing power to out to 13 indie games. All we have to do is play one of the games on the list to contribute.
Well, it looks like we may have just reached some invisible goal, because the "Auxiliary power" potatoes at the bottom of the screen have started rapidly being burned off. Last I checked, just before noon, there were roughly 400,000 potatoes, we're now approaching 300,000.
Even if this doesn't mean anything, with 9 "test subjects" complete the original projected launch time in the system has had about 7 hours shaved off.
I was going to post this as news but there is already a similar enough story that I'll just throw it up here. Fingers crossed on the last 4 games finishing. If you want to help someone seems to have figured the system out and has a guide here (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1837491).
