Yes, sure would.

There's probably a lot more that could be done with a tilt interface. Where's the Marble Madness remake? How about controlling a giant snowball coming down a skii-resort mountain, taking ski jumps and knocking out skiers for points :P With a Yeti riding in the center or something :P

It's also a natural steering interface for racing games. The game could actually re-level the display as you turn!!! It doesn't need to allow the display to tilt with the device, keep it flat to earth, making it look much more like a real window out the car's windshield. Would make a fun racing game of some sort, possibly for motorbiking too.

How about a surfing game of some sort. Hmm, that might be too much to handle.

The ARG that ships with the 3DS is a fantastic adaption of the tilt-sensors into a new genre that could be expanded quite nicely. Suppose rather than shipping with a single card that you ship an ARG with an entire gameboard with multiple recognizeable areas, creating an ARG world almost. Or, maybe it could be a poster that you unroll and place on a wall, most people have adequate wallspace for that. It would be a vertical ARG.

Of course, an even better ARG concept could be to pair a 3DS-type device, that is camera on back, display on front, with a screen that can update the mobile device so as to create a dynamic experience not reliant on cards. Possibly could take the form of Wii-2 integration with the 3DS. Just point the 3DS at the screen for it to pickup the virtual card data.
