This really pumped us up at the office this weekend. Not much I am allowed to say about this title right now, but I do hope that your readers enjoy the trailer.

Wow, this looks JUST like GTA. Which isn't exactly its fault, since GTA ripped off Scarface first, but wow.

God... this looks fucking terrible. For one thing, GTA: VC has already covered the 80's mobster thing. For another, Scarface does not, in any way, lend itself to this kind of game. By the end of the movie Tony's best friend was dead, by his own hand. His sister was dead. His wife was a drug addict, and seperated from him. His mother probably hated him, and his crime Empire was done.

Even assuming he survived the gun fight at the end, his life was over, he would of put a gun in his mouth the second it was done. Hell, he was insane by that point. This game goes against the spirit, and meaning of the movie, and I won't entertain the thought of even renting it for a moment longer.

Not a gag. This was announced quite a while ago. Unless the video is not really for the official game, which could be possible if it were Youtube or something, but Gametrailers? Seems unlikely.

While I'm not surprised at how bad everyone is ripping this game based on a trailer, I'm actually looking forward to it. I'll definitely take a wait-and-see approach before actually buying it, but the trailer was fun and I think the game could be really fun. Are the graphics dated? For sure. But that doesn't mean the game can't be a good time. Now if the control is totally broken or the framerate is less than 10, of course I won't buy it. But if it's a fun free-roaming crime game a la GTA, I'll definitely get it.

Yeah, I actually enjoyed that game. Did you actually play it? There was a ton to do in that game and most of it was damn fun.

The story actually held together pretty well in my opinion. A lot reviewers whined (what else do they do?) about how much your character was behind the scenes of the main Godfather story, but I enjoyed being a part of those events.

The mechanics were really good as well. Better than GTA with interesting right stick melee combat and actual dual analog aiming. Hell, if Scarface measures up to the quality of the Godfather game, I'll get it for sure.
