How come we can't buy games on a mobile, still using credit cards? Just put the price tag on my mobile bill.

In Japan you can use your cellphone to buy a softdrink at any vending machine. Price shows up on your mobile bill.

Because it's their national policy to pursue technological advancements. Unlike here people just want something shiny so they can tweet and post to their facebook even faster...

I think it likely has more to do with red tape and legal requirements about what sorts of companies can provide credit. Some idiotic law holding back progress.

Depends on the carrier, I guess. I bill apps to my carrier all the time.
