New Mactabilis trailer and screenshots

Blazing Bit Games has released a new trailer for their indie PC game Mactabilis. The trailer talks about the basics of the game and also reveals the first level. Three new screenshots have also been released.

Interesting depth of field as a gameplay element, not bad, could be interesting. A left-scrolling shooter, that is a bit odd, but it doesn't feel off, feels a bit fresh.

I'm a bit disoriented, in the video at least, in what asteroid is off to the side or not. I can see you've done a bit of color-change to them, but I'd wash out the color almost completely, so there's a stronger color contrast between asteroids in your way and those that aren't.

I'm indeed working on the game.

You get used to the depth mechanics fairly fast, but there's still tweaking to be done.

Some levels scroll to the right, others to the left, some change direction and there's even some that you control.
