Oh snap! It's that time of the week again, and with E3 finally out of the way we're back to our regular format. You can listen in LIVE to the recording of Episode 14 of the Evil Avatar Radio podcast at www.kumm.org. The show starts at 9:00 PM central and goes for three hours until midnight central.

We'll kick tonight's show off with an hour of music, relaxing, and chatting at the Evil Avatar chatroom (http://www.bapenguin.com/chat.php). After that, we'll head into a recap of the week's news stories at 10:00 PM. Shortly after that, the phone lines will be open so that even YOU (yes, YOU) can call in and be a part of the podcast. The number for that is 320-589-6355. You can also send e-mails at any time before, during, or after the show to evilavatarnews@gmail.com, and we'll read them live on-air. Tonight should be a good old-fashioned show in the style we haven't had for some time, so tune in and be a part of the fun!

If I can make it tonight, I'd be up for some Uno...

I can't believe you people play Uno. That is the worst game ever made.

Playing Uno while listening to the podcast live *is* The Right Thing To Do.

Yeah, really. But it's all about the Imaginary Strip Uno with the Sombrero of Shame.

I'm hardcore?

EDIT:: Maybe not, just woke up after falling asleep for about 5 minutes. I'm not going to be able to keep myself awake until 7AM. Guess I'll download the podcast then.

That should be a setting option on the game. Microsoft has failed yet again. :p

Wait, doesn't UNO support a camera option?

Not yet. It will once the camera comes out, though.

Well, Imaginary Strip Uno with the Sombrero of Shame started at the TV station I work at. On weekend nights when nothing was going on we'd start up a game of Uno. After someone was losing so bad we'd say that they might as well start losing clothes. (Losing your shirt, strip, etc.) Only we didn't really remove clothes, so we called it imaginary. And one day we found a sombrero, so after you lost really bad you had to wear it. So we said that person was naked and had to wear the Sombrero of Shame and do a little dance.

Yes, we really made the person dance. :D

So to play online every person needs a sombrero, and in your own home you can drop the Imaginary... So, Strip Uno with the Sombrero of Shame.

Y'know, we don't have to talk about Strip Uno with the Sombrero of Shame... You folk can still join the chat (http://www.bapenguin.com/chat.php)...

Thanks for the hospitality, folks. Good convo in the chat and good show from the portions I heard. If nobody drags me out drinking next week, I'll try to catch the whole show (assuming I gain an understanding of timezones).

Now, time to watch Cliffy B and Gears of War.

Hmm. Sorry about bailing last night, the wife arrived at home and had not had a good day. Was fun to mix it up in the chat and listen live for once!

No worries! Hope you get the chance to join us again! (I was sad to not see you on WoW afterwards though.)

Aww. I was there! It was just 3AM by the time I got to hellscream. I did some WSG on my other server for a while first. It was really sad that out of 14 games, all were farm groups.

Haha. That is sad. :p
