Courtesy of IGN comes a complete list (http://revolution.ign.com/e3/2006/games/) of all the Wii games being show (in various forms) at E3.
Some very intersesting stuff on that list. A new Resident Evil, new Dragon Warrior, new Sonic, etc. It looks like Nintendo has successfully captured the attention of some pretty big publishers with its little wavy wand.

Where is Smash Bros.?

That's a good question. It apparently went "Killzone" on us. But I can't complain seeing as how it's substituit is a full blown new Mario Game. Sadness looks intriguing to me as does that crazy "clean up the house looking for magical little creatures" game (Elebits).

I agree, where is Smash Brothers? A new 3D platformer isn't a substitute for a new iteration of one of the best fighting games of all time.

I was looking forward to smash bros almost more than anything at this year's E3, but that list is epic.
Fire Emblem, Mario Galaxy and Pilotwings are insanely cool surprises.
Probably the keep thing cover to surpise more near the release of the wii.

At least you can play the old Smash Bros. (complete with your old GC controllers) on the new system right out of the box. ;)

How does the GC controller on Wii work anyway?
How does the GC controller on Wii work anyway?
I think it just has a row of GC controller ports on it. Nothing fancy.
