In case any of you were interested in the news (http://evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121932) that Dungeon Defenders was coming to Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network, you should head on over to UDK (http://www.udk.com/showcase-dungeon-defense) and check out the game for free on your PC. Not sure how exact this is to the console versions, but it certainly resembles the gameplay we've seen recently.

Developed by indie team Trendy Entertainment, this game demonstrates the ability to rapidly design full-featured content with the suite of UDK tools. The game's development process has been detailed step-by-step in a series of developer blogs, and the full source code is available for everyone to use for their own UDK projects!

Cool. Looking forward to playing the XBLA version but I'll be checking this out now.

No compile needed on this. Just download and install. I think it even has 4 player split?

So its a tower defense game you can also move around and shoot in? Interesting.

Is this a finished PC version, then? If not, will there be one?

With lan multiplayer I'd be very happy.

i feel like this is exceptionally old news. I tried this game out a long time ago, and just downloaded it again, and it's the same unfinished version. :(

Crashed my laptop, but then again it doesn't support Shader Model 3.0. So, I don't know what the fuck I was thinking!

I'll wait until I get home to my AMD Dragon system.

Yeah well, like I said, I'm a dummy and wasn't even thinking. I'm sure it'll run fine.

But..... is it fun?

It gives you an example of the style, but the actual game itself is +1 year of hard work.
