You can read more about it Here (http://www.gamasutra.com/php-bin/news_index.php?story=8969) and Here (http://www.tradingmarkets.com/tm.site/news/BREAKING%20NEWS/226608/).
Interestingly, World Of Warcraft creator Blizzard Entertainment has been designated a stand-alone division reporting to VU Games' CEO, and is not part of Tremblay's product development mandate.

You mean that developer they bought/bank rolled for the title and is now printing the company an obscene amount of money in healthy monthly pulses?
They are going to ride that thing as far as SOE did with EQ.
If it ain't broke: don't let the new guy touch it.

Ubisoft President...
He was the head of the Montreal Studio, not quite the whole thing.

What does it mean for Blizzard guys? Are they treated exclusively by VU now? Like living kings?

Pretty much.
Hell, if I was VU I would be bending over to accommodate each and every wish communicated by the Blizzard boys. I'm not the greatest fan of their work (WoW doesn't impress me and the team really need to work at a little thing called innovation... they've got polish down pat though) but damn... they are a cash cow.
