View Full Version : Another Free Xbox Live Event

I just received word from TheUnkownSoldier that adidas are sponsoring another free Xbox Live event - this time for one full week, beginning May 8th and ending May 15th.

Before posting this as news, I did a little research of my own and it appears to be true:

Source 1 - TalkXbox (http://www.talkxbox.com/article1751.html)
Source 2 - Official Xbox Magazine (UK) (http://www.oxm.co.uk/articles/news/hardware/play_xbox_live_for_free_in_may!)

Free is good, even if it leads you to shelling out for a full subscription to Xbox Live.

The real question is what will MS do with Live during E3? Will we see their presentation, trailers, demos, floor events, etc.?

EDIT: Well maybe not so awesome for me, I don't have Live...

To me, it sounds like MS will do just that or some variance of the idea.

Still perfectly happy with Silver, still used my 1 free month of Live Gold but 3 times. I'd need something like a MMORPG to get into Live, and even then I wouldn't pay extra fees.
