The question should be this week - who is not playing Oblivion? But with a multitude of games out there, we have to ask - What are you playing this weekend?

Finishing up top spin 2 today and trying to get more medals in bf 2 for the 360. Damn achievements run my life......

Tomb Raider: Legend and Painkiller Black, with some God of War on God Mode. The guy I bought Oblivion off (he bought regular, then picked up the CE and is selling me the regular for $15) is shipping it tomorrow. w00!

Well, now that a good friend of mine (The Letter 3 on this here board) quit Halo 2 (one of the few games we can get a group for) I'll be doing Oblivion (obviously) with a dash of COD2 or GRAW. And maybe watch some Futurama in my office while playing WoW. Maybe.

I've got a good mix of games to play. Oblivion is, of course, on the list, what with my horse soon to be pimped. I've also got more GRAW to play (working on getting the tank drivers free), Burnout Revenge (I wish I could drive like that in real life) and Condemed came from Gamefly (my best friend was at one of the MS preview events for the X360, and he said this game was the best of them). Besides that, well, I probably won't have time for anything else, actually.

Mostly GRAW, I've been tryiing to solo the online co-op campaign with varied success. It's tough, but hell of a lot of fun.

I'm burned out on gaming. In fact, I'm selling off a big chunk of my collection. If I play anything at all, I may do another level or two of Psychonauts as I really need to finish it (fantastic game, btw), and maybe some Tetris DS.

Funny you should ask...

Writing my final milestone and paper for my class will suck the life out of my gaming this weekend. But I hope to put sometime into ES:O and Blazing Angels. Oh and that little GRAW Best Buy tourney that myself and the aptenodytes forsteri editor are in.

I recently got a new GFX card so I've been playing through all the games I couldn't play before: BF2, FEAR, Chaos Theory and Cod2.
I just tried the Heroes of Might and Magic 5 demo and I don't really "get it".

I am 112 hours into Oblivion. Finished the main quest and all guild quests. I am now moping up the rest of the quests. I have finished 143 quests so far and my char is only at lvl 24 ;) After that mabye some FarCry on 360. I am trying to keep my mind busy waiting for my copy of Football Manager 2006 ships on the 360 and my new pc :D arrives in next week. Amd X-2 4400+, 2gb Ram, 250Gb Sata2 HD, 2x7900Gtx 512mb and Creative Xi-Fi sound card for some 7.1 loving :)

Yup! We're looking at reams of paper for counter offers, disclosures, lead reports, etc... It's all looking the same.

As for the move, the thing I'm most anxious about is moving our cats. :(

The original Kingdom Hearts. Never beat it before, so I am determined to conquer it this time. I will say one thing though, Square should stay out of the platformer genre. If the rest of the game didn't make up for the horrible camera and piss poor controls, I would have tossed this one aside after about five minutes.

Metriod Prime Hunters and Tetris DS for me. Hunters is great and I am enjoying it far more than the second Prime game, which I never finished. It plays similar to those games but faster paced and without as much aimless wandering around. There is still some exploration, but for the most part, the game is alot more linear (which I like). The graphics look comparable to the Cube games on the small screen but it moves at least twice as fast, which is highly impressive. I was hesitant after playing the demo that came with the DS a year and a half ago, but the game has made amazing progress in that time. I hated the demo, but love the final product.

Hahaha... I wrote the script for the next comic yesterday (ooh, it's a good one) and handed off to Knite, he's gonna try it first. I don't know how long it is going to take (because of his real life obligations like work/school/life), if it looks like it is going to be a few days, I'll try and throw something up there. :D

I won't be playing Oblivion this weekend, as I'm going home and probably not gonna have time for it anyway. Gonna bring my 360 and get in some Geometry Wars, AstroPop and PD0. Been having a lot of fun with PD0 lately, a lot of the trolls that were ruining the game just after launch have moved on to GRAW! :p

Might try to buy Guitar Hero, but if I do that I'm gonna have to con the money out of my parents. Was gonna try to sell back my text books for the cash, but I go there this morning and they tell me that for my $120+ worth of books (the ones that weren't going to be useful anymore), they'll only give me $20 because they don't have the orders for next semester in. They say in a couple of weeks they'll be worth a little more...

Three day weekend! Time to start wrapping up the guild questline acheivement points i dont have yet as I beat the Main Story and Mages Guild questline the other day. [Side note: anyone notice the game get alot easier once the main quest was completed? I was at level 20-21 at the time slowly chugging threw enemies; then all of the sudden its like hot knife through butter and rediculously high priced loot drops like a light switch was thrown afterwards (including more strong potions of healing and magika than I could carry)]. Also plan to chip away at my Top Spins2 season and might pick up Tomb Raider too.

I burned out on Obivion pretty fast and I picked up Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War/Winter Assault on a whim. It turns out I don't hate RTS as much as I used to. I'm having a great time building and killing at the lower difficulty levels.

Still working my way through the batch of games I got with my 360 last week so it is Oblivion, GRAW, and Top Spin 2 for me.

I'm one of the few people I know not playing Oblivion...in fact everyone I know is playing that title hehe.

I have my hands full with Blazing Angels at the moment. It's a lot of fun but it's one of the few 360 games out that makes you earn your achievements. It's a lot like DOA4 with regards to the fact that you have to really build-up your skills to be successful. It takes some patience and trial and error, but I can see people trying this game and abandoning it shortly thereafter because it can be fairly difficult at first. I say don't be fooled, this game is good fun once you find your stride.

I'm should also get BF2:MC from Gamefly today, so there should be some good times with the crew over the weekend. If you're on my Friends List or just want to jump into the action just shoot me a message, invite, friends request...whatever. After that, I think I'll move on to the new Tomb Raider.

I love Burnout. My only problem with it is now when I'm stuck behind someone in traffic, the first thing that comes to mind is "Damnit, if this was Burnout, I'd ram him off the road, powerslid through that corner, and could be home in a couple of minutes!"

Oblivion is on my list. Once I finish the dark brotherhood quest line I'll probably take a break though as I will have completed all the guilds and the main story.

Once that's complete I'll be back playing GRAW and Burnout.

That's no problem with Burnout; it's simply real life failing to live up to the dizzying, high standards video games have established.

Really? I didn't know that. Man I got my arse handed to my at first but I'm to the point now where the AI doesn't last too long. I've had some damn fun matches with some friends and I think we're just about ready to take on some other clans. Capture the Base is just crazy :-)

Achievement boosting is the new it thing. It's always fun to lord something over a friend and tease them for a time before they figure out how you got it before them. I'm doing my best to turn to the powers of Google and the various achievement sites only as a last resort. For example, I needed help finding those 100 pieces of fruit in Kameo. I couldn't believe how many times I just walked right by them hidden in plain site haha.

I think once eveyone gets used to making 360 games they'll work out some really interesting achievements that mean a little more. At least I hope so.

I shot you a friends request too. Somehow, I missed your Gamertag on when I was reading through the tag thread on the site here. See you online!

A little bit of Top Spin 2 and Suikoden V (if it ever gets here through Gamefly, this will be the 5th day shipping. . . I normally get them in three or less).

Mostly though, I have to write a feature story for journalism on Monday, read a chapter I have a quiz on for psychology, create a powerpoint and write a five-minute speech for persuasion, and create a java application.

Fuck all these back-loaded classes. I really should get to work on these today and tomorrow so I can cool out on Sunday, but that won't happen.

Oblivion would've been on my list, but my lite came in this week so now I can finally play these 10 or so DS games that've been sitting around my shelf...once I finish Aria of Sorrow. Never had a DS so I'm having a BLAST! Super Princess Peach is first on my list of DS goodness with some Tetris DS sprinkled in for good measure. Going to try and put off any more Oblivion-ness until the husband builds his new rig later this year, since the game I swear is going to make my poor 9600 explode.
