http://www.tcos.com/downloads/?type=3&lng=en - There are some screenshots with creatures. This games looks like so much fun. The concept of shardworlds and ships reminds me a lot of the classic DC rpg Skies of Arcadia.

Wow this one has totally snuck by my radar. Looking at the FAQ it seems to have all the right qualities: large skill system, limited and full pvp options, no death penalty.
Will have to keep a better eye on this one.

Looks cool, but that's a very silly name for...anything.

Yes... I wonder if the main villains name will be "Kronic". ;)
Actually this game looks pretty cool... The graphics look like they are exactly halfway between World of Warcraft and Oblivion. Both of which look great in their own right, so this game definitely doesn't look bad... Though it could look a tad better on the lighting. ;)
All in all, it's definitely something I'll be keeping my eye on as well. No death penalty always means great gobs of gooey goodness.

This game has piqued my interest solely because it's made with the Unreal Engine. The deviation from the high fantasy archetype, despite its praise from hardcore gamers, is never a good thing for sales, but I'd be willing to give this game a try regardless.

Hmmmm... why do people keep trying to copy Blizzard? This is really quite perplexing.
Don't people realize that all they are doing is stealing Blizzard's concepts over and over. I mean essentially, fantasy was created when Mike Morheim wrote Lord of the Rings back in 1954, and then Rob Pardo founded TSR in 1974 to expound upon and flesh out those fantasy tropes with the groundbreaking Dungeons and Dragons. It's funny to see posers like Games Workshop and Bethesda claiming to be doing something new and innovative, and just grabbing some small creation of the Big Blizz's spraying it another color, and calling it their own. Everyone knows Blizzard MADE mmost of Oblivion anyways.
Seeing people like this OBVIOUSLY biting off of Blizzard once more just makes me sick.

Was that supposed to make any sense at all?

It's sad that the resurgance of MMORPG is directly related to the critical success of WoW. It's too bad that your average uninformed investor doesn't know:
1) Blizzard can be considered the premier/one of the premier studios
2) People will probably never play more than one MMO at a time.
3) Unless your poptart developer can make an MMO better than Blizzard, they wont buy.
I want a PvP MMO: Huxley looks like it might be it. I think between WoW and EQ the Sword and Sorcery MMO has been locked down.
I am curious about Warhammer Online, mind you. BUt what does this have to offer?

I am probably making an idiot of myself here... but didn't J.R. Tolkien write Lord Of The Rings? Or are you talking about something else?

Affirmative. Next time I'll be even more outrageously streotypic of a fanboi, while invoking an even higher degree of sarcasm. My apologies to any who believed that I believed Mike Morheim wrote LOtR!
