Me too, although I don't disagree with it. While you can pretty much do everything in Oblivion that you can do in GTA, I don't think they should get the same rating because The Elder Scrolls Games don't really encourage that behaviour, but allow you to do it. For what they can, they seem to try to adequately show the results of such behaviors within the games context.

I don't think player freedom should cause them to up the rating, but they actually show graphic depictions. Apparently in the review tapes they sent to the ESRB they didn't include the plane of Oblivon you visit, which contains plenty of heads on poles (complete with exposed brain!) And the hanging corpses. And the blood-soaked floors. Really, Mehrunes Dagon's interior decorator has some odd tastes.

Though Morrowind had seperate bodies for the beast races (including seperately created clothes/armor), Oblivion has melded the beast races into humanoid bodies. Different heads and skin textures, but same bodies, so that Bethesda didn't have to make more than 2 versions of each suit of armor/set of clothes.

Another one of those small-tradeoffs Oblivion makes in favor of less detail. The armor is worlds ahead of Morrowind's, but they cut out seperate beast race bodies.

Luckily there is some in-game explanation for this: subraces. They've been able to say that all Khajit living in Cyrodiil are of the subrace with human-style bodies. Unfortunately, no good reason for the Argonian breasts, though. Just something you have to live with.
