Has anyone heard if Red Dead Redemption is going to be on the PC? Right now the PC is all I have to game on and I would hate to miss it. Also speaking of console to PC games. Darksiders is coming to the PC in June. How is that game? Is it worth a purchase?

They say if you like Zelda games, Darksiders is probably good. At least, I remember them saying something like that. General opinion was it was okay but not great. Lots of people loved it or hated it.

My biggest problem with it is that it's a mishmash of stolen gameplay mechanics. Not only does it have a zelda-style hookshot with Gears-of-War lookin' characters, it has a damn Portal-style portal gun.

That said... I want to play it ._.

There was a magazine article listing RDR for PC and a picture from some convention that had "PC" labeled on the RDR billboard, but that's about it.

Still, that could easily be bad copy-editing.

Although, some claim R* has a predictable pattern: "GTA, manhunt, bully. The pattern is obvious: rockstar games end up on the pc sooner or later."

"This game have to be released on PC. Rockstars often release their games on PC, but they milk the console market first. This game also looks very "pc friendly" and awsome. ;)"

Yeah, it's not on PC but I think it will be. It should be.

I mean, if you think about it, people say it's Oblivion + GTA.
Well Oblivion is arguably designed solely for PC and GTA was released to the PC eventually. I think that it will be out for the PC but we've got a long wait. I'd expect anything from six months to a year. They will squeeze out as much money as they can before they start "risking losing sales to pirates" or have the game experimented on by modders or whatever.

I hope it comes to PC, anyway.

I'm playing Divinity II (thanks man) until this comes out. It WILL come out for PC. It MUST!

I hope it does. It already looks sweat on the 360. I bet it would look amazing on a nice PC. CANT WAIT!!

I think it may. Can't really trust rumors.
darksiders was pretty good. a little weird, but actually pretty fun.

It took 3 months post GTA4s release for it to be announced for the PC, so we're still in the timeframe.

Well, i do think (and hope) that it will be coming to the PC, its the rockstar way. But hoping for a release date before its been officially announced is a bit thick :P

As much as I want the game, I'm still going to wait a year after it is released and get the Super-Ultra-Mega edition with all of the downloadable content included. That way I pay $20 for the whole game rather than them clipping me for $317.27 buying the game and downloadable contient piecemeal.
