The normal Xbox version pretty much convinced me to buy the 360 version, guess I'll still download this and play it until they release the full game.

Just had a little go at it, a couple of matches (sp). I think I may have to ive it a bit longer bit my fisrt impressions (sp) are that it is pretty "meh". I suggest that if you are interested to give it a go, you may find you like it I don't know.

Not sure if your serious or not, but old reserved German man using standard colloquial terms send me into laughing riots. I think VW got it just right, when Boost Mobile did the senior citizens using rap lingo it felt over played, but and semi old German guy with a tall 80’s style model walking accent’s it just right.

Wow. The demo is actually pretty good. It's not as visual stunning as GRAW obviously, but it plays NICE. Wish I had more time tonight to play it.

Agreed. I've not given it a solid go but something doesn't sit right with me. Perhaps I'm just too accustomed to BF2 on PC but I'm not getting my jollies out of this one.

Are there squads and commanders or did I just miss all that?

I am actually having some fun with it. It does not have all the features of the PC version, but it does seem more balanced. No more jets, etc...

I plan on picking this guy up. A solid title, but nothing to run out and buy a 360 for.

Downloaded it last night and gave it a shot. The graphics look great and the controls were pretty reasonable. Pretty intimidating getting thrown into a new game with old hands right off the bat, though. I had to move pretty fast to avoid getting cursed out for unbalancing the game.

asshat? whatever. bf2 mc is a much different game than bf2. if you don't think so, you quite clearly only have played one or the other... on a single platform.

if you're talking about MC, say MC, I don't feel that is too much to ask for.

on the other hand, this could just be a whitewash to make the 360 look like a pc-replacement.

MC is not BF2 to any pc-maven who has played BF2 in the past year+. Keep pretending it is if that makes you feel better about your lockedin360pseudopc.

The graphics are nor much better really. The gun models are WAY better looking but everything else looks the same IMO (i dont have a hdtv though). I think they just jazzed up the textures on the maps a bit.

the xbox version of this game is $40 right now, and it's a steal. great great game for the money.

the 360 version is going to be $60 and offer no new gameplay options. i'm sad.

Just had a quick go and I'm not sure what to think to be honest. I can imagine it being a good laugh if you create your own server and have a laugh with your friends. It's very arcadey.

I'm actually playing this version on HDTV and you're right about that.

I hate the quickmatch in this demo. I spent 5 minutes trying to join a game as it tried to connect to the same full server over and over again.

Game was fun but the graphics seemed a bit off. For starters I'm still l having a hard time dealing with the amount of aliasing in 360 games...this one being as bad as any.

The rest of the graphics seemed a bit drab and other than a little HDR it didnt look as good as the PC version.

Gameplay was fun although what is up with having to shoot someone 10+ rounds with the SAW? Thats a 7.62mm machine gun...I was appauled by how many rounds I had to put into guys to kill them. I guess Day of Defeat Source has spoiled me with its one shot one kill.

I was relieved to see that the graphics were inferior to that of my PC. Definetly a mild renter at best. I predict a 8.5 score from game spot.
