BCBComics (http://www.bcbcomics.com/) in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, and because Kish’s last name is also Patrick, is offering 40% to Evil Avatar readers (45% for Evil Avatar/BCBcomics subscribers) off of the list price for Penny Arcade Volume 2: Epic Legends of the Magic Sword TPB. (http://www.bcbcomics.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=16318)

To take advantage of the discount, use the code EVILAVATARLOVESME. There is no time limit of this special discount offer to Evil Avatar readers and Kish has more items in the works with similiar killer discounts.

If you are a Penny Arcade fan, BCBComics also has Penny Arcade Volume 1: Attack of the Bacon Robots! TPB (http://www.bcbcomics.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=15541) and the Penny Arcade One Shot (http://www.bcbcomics.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=15542) in stock in limited quantity.

Thanks to Kish/BCBComics for offering this great discount. And to everyone, have a safe and happy St. Patrick's Day.

One small thing I should mention, on the last deal we got a few books sent back to us. Because it's a pre-order, if you change your shipping info let us know, it will help to get the book to you on time. Mostly it's because PayPal privacy gives us phone numbers as 555-555-5555 and emails can be left blank.

Also, if your a BCBcomic subscriber email/message me here and I'll add it to your pull.

Which does the 40 percent come off of? The "List Price" or the "Your Price"

That sounds like an awesome deal, I may just have to do it. Thanks Kish!

Hey! I can reorder Penny Arcade volume 1 and get it this time!

Maybe if I don't move in the 6 months it took last time... granted that was because the book wasn't published yet.

Cool, pre-ordered Penny Arcade Volume 2. Volume 1 was well worth the money - very entertaining if you're a PA fan.

I've been getting a lot of my comics from BCB and I'm always really pleased with the service I've been getting. Kish is one of our regular readers / posters so when you purchase from him you are directly supporting the EvAv community.

Excellent news, but it raises a question for me, which is why don't people in the USA celebrate St. Andrew's Day?

I'll buy comics from BCB so long as they promise to offer the saem discout on St. Andre's Day. ;)

I'll bet we can make that happen!

(Which reminds me that I need to hit up my Grandmother to find out what our Scottish family name is, I should still have some distant relatives living there on Grandmothers side.)

A Patrick here also. Bow and scrape on this, the holiest of days.

...hmm, what to discount...

Bonus. Wasn't really my goal, but I sure am glad you're open to it. Aye, that I am.

My questions remains - why don't you Americans celebrate St. Andrew's Day?

Obvious Patrick superiority. I mean, when was the last time you were bitten and killed by a snake? Check and mate.

I wasn't killed (obviously), but I was bitten by a brown recluse spider a while ago. That has to count for something. :(

Ouch, sorry to hear that. But I'm sure there's an appropriate Catholic saint for warding off poisonous arthropods.

Well, a $0.42 discount is better than nothing. Thanks, ordered.
