Fry's Outpost.com (http://www.outpost.com) has Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter, Battlefield 2: Modern Combat and Burnout Revenge for $47.99.

You might get an out-of-stock message when you order, but when I called they said they would be filling orders on GRAW by the 15th, so it might be worth a little delay to save money on these new 360 titles.

Blah... this game is getting to be too tempting. I just have to keep telling myself that my copy of Oblivion will be getting to me on Tuesday -.-

That's a good price. Typically Fry's runs these prices for new 360 titles I've noticed.

The 15th was yesterday. Or did you mean April 15th?

Battlefield 2 on a console seems to me like trying to have sex with your cock taped to your stomach. However, for those without PC rigs, it's probably more like having sex with yourself.

Fear not, it will have the requisite AutoLaim as well as the simplification/stripping of everything that makes BF2 fun to play.

Have you seen the trailer for Battlefield 2: Modern Combat on the Xbox 360? The graphics are even better than G.R.A.W. and significantly better than the PC version of the game.

If you can play Halo, Halo 2 and Ghost Recon on a console, why not Battlefield 2?

I meant yesterday. When I tried to order this title on the 7th, I got a message saying that my order had been delayed. When I called them, they said that they would start filling orders again on the 15th.

So, I'm sure you will get your order, I just wanted people to be prepared for a delay.

Just put the last copy of GRAW my local Wal-mart has into lay-away. Gonna get it out tomarrow or Saturday, just didn't want anyone to snatch it up in the mean time.

Evil:

I've seen the video, and certainly the graphics are impressive. It's not the graphics that I'm concerned about though, it's the gameplay changes over BF2 for PC.

Since the Xbox 360 version of the game isn't the same game as you see on the Xbox or Playstation 2, I'm not that worried about the gameplay changes.

Of course, I didn't find the Xbox version at all objectionable. It doesn't have the depth of the PC version, but it is still fun.

While fun, Halo is what I would call a "dumb" FPS- like an FPS for pc six years ago. Further, I'd like to posit that you actually cant play Ghost Recon on a console. I'm with Uber regarding the BF series on console (even the 360).

So... FEAR's gameplay is less "dumb" than Halo's? What the fuck?
