4 color rebellion (http://www.4colorrebellion.com/archives/2006/03/15/twilight-princess-revolution-friendly/) reports:
At first I almost felt a sense of relief when the news dropped - finally, no more speculation about whether Twilight Princess will have some extra Revolution controller functionality…
…and now that Shiggy has confirmed some form of functionality, we’ll have to put up with all the wild speculation of how the new controller will actually funtion in the game. That’s right - while Miyamoto was in Paris getting his knighthood on, he slipped on his game and dropped a hint that the game will take advantage of the Revolution, but failed to deliver the juicy details. Ain’t that always the way.

After receiving his French knighthood, Miyamoto viciously taunted the english press for their silly knees-bent running around advancing behavior and farted in their general direction.

Why would Nintendo be so coy about this, having previously denied the rumor earlier this year? It doesn't seem like the kind of "trade secret" that I'd be concerned with MS or Sony knowing about.
I would not be surprised to find out that this was a miscommunication or mistranslation, and that what SM meant was that the Rev will play TP, but not with any special "virtual swordfighting" or "fishing action" as some lunatic fanboys are speculating. Just my two pessimistic cents.

We'll probably know for sure on May 9th.

Why the screen cap? Isn't it bad form to link a news story at another site and provide a screen cap of it? It's not like the site has been wanged or slashdotted...
It's a screencap because you need to be a member of the "VIP Lounge" on Nintendo of Europe's website to read the original interview.

I know someone who met Myamoto a few days ago. He saw him in Bruges, had a nice conversation and got an autograph.

What kind of an idiot would play a 3rd-person action/adventure with a DVD remote.
