I really didn't like the demo for this at all, which is a shame as I'm a fan of both the developer and the source material.

I was hoping this would be good. The source material is perfectly ripe for something like this. Unfortunately I'm hearing the story is horried, they should've hired me as a writer :P That and the gameplay isn't too amazing? That's what I've heard so far anyway. Drat. I'll bet the visuals are pretty incredible.

Imagine if the makers of Bayonetta had made this instead of Bayonetta >_>

Bayonetta gameplay and this artwork would have been one for the books...

Eh, I still want to check this out. I love the poem, and just the fact that someone had the balls to take this and make a game out of it, is worthy of enough for me to give it a try.

The demo was weak. Still going to buy it (probably).

Second; why do developers think that we care what they look like? Can't we just see the game?

Lol, sooo true. During this vid there's a part they kept cutting away from the action to show dudes talking--it was obtrusive. Just put him in voiceover mode. We want the info, not the face. In fact, I'd prefer not to be reminded that human beings are even involved in the creation of a game. The best games in the world should be rumored to have risen whole from a crack in the earth straight from the depths of hell. That's a game I would play :P
