Best game on that list looks to be Tales of Phantasia... Yet another dull week. But another week closer to Oblivion.

Shadow Hearts and Onimusha for me this week. Those are two series that I really love, so I'm excited about them both. For me, this is a good week of games.

Has anyone seen the full release list for this month? It's crazy. Tons of stuff for all the systems. You'd think it was November or something.

Ghost Recon: AW for me, plus College Hoops 2K6 (if only to replicate The Heels beating Dook). I'll rent Burnout Revenge first to see if it's worth the price (I already have the Xbox version).

I know very, very little about GRAW... just remember seeing a few of the early vids showing the power of the 360's shaders and such. But, I guess it's time to learn while I wait for Oblivion. :D I'm curious to see the differences between the xbox version and the 360 version.

You're forgetting Shadow Hearts. The best JRPG series (arguably) on the PS2.

Close enough, but being oblivious to the obvious is a trait I'm pretty good at.

I may be under that rock as well but do not recall any kind of furvor over this one (unlike Oblivion)...has anyone outside of the "journalists" actually played it or demoed it? I am very interested from a graphics standpoint but await some reviews.

You forgot Howl's Moving Castle DVD! Must buy!
Finally! I was starting to wonder if it would ever be released!
Looks like I'll be picking up a new DVD, and possibly Shadow Hearts this week. Although I do have 2 other RPG's that I bought in the last couple weeks and haven't even touched plus Kingdom Hearts 2 is out in a few weeks...
Stupid JRPG's, all coming out at the same time.

Advanced Warfighter looks fantastic. I hope the multiplayer is as fun as it sounds.
I'll be catching The Hills Have Eyes because I'm a sucker for horror movies.

The "golf meter" style of starting for crash mode has been removed completely -- now all you have to do is hit the A button to start your run.
oh hell yeah! That was a STUPID addition and that's just icing on the cake to hear that it's been removed.

Yeah, I thought it was better than Walace and Gromit: The Curse of the Whare Rabbit. Apparently the Academy didn't agree.

Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli stuff never gets the attention it deserves over here. Disney has done such a horrible job promoting them. You really had to be paying attention to catch Howl's or Spirited Away in the theater. Or on DVD for that matter.
But I'm hoping now that Pixar has been folded in (since Lasseter is in charge of animation, and he, as well as Pixar in general, are big supporters of Studio Ghibli), we'll start seeing better promotion of Miyazaki's classics and future Ghibli stuff.

I am happy that the Ghibli stuff actually has a NA distribution now that Disney has it, and they did a pretty good job on Mononoke and Spirited Away, as far as the extras on the DVDs and the dubbing. Thankfully Disney has left the Japanese voice tracks on and has committed to not editing the films when released over here.
I knew Howl's Moving Castle was released in theatre for all of 5 days last year, but I never saw it anywhere near me. I was just wondering last week if it had come out already and I'd missed it. Can't wait to see it this week.
True, the DVDs are pretty good. Have them all except Howl's and the re-release of Totoro (the first was released by Fox, and poorly done). Both of those coming out tomorrow.
And yeah, Ghibli required that Disney not modify the movies. Thank god.
