Burnout Revenge & Dead Rising Live Trailers

Looks like the Xbox Live Marketplace has some new content, there are trailers for Burnout Revenge and Dead Rising as well as a Burnout Revenge Theme and Gamer Pics available to purchase.

I'm using the Quake 4 Theme now, I wasn't very happy with the Penny Arcade Theme.

Only on the marketplace site. Not on the box itself. Though more and more are using the little banner to show it off.

I haven't downloaded any themes for the 360. Micropayments add up. Plus you need "points" and I have "0". Why do they bother with "points"? Why not just say this costs $2, that costs $4?

Because it's easier to forget that way how much you really are spending. Along the same lines as prices ending with "99". 1999.99 is really 2 grand, but your brain see's the 1 and thinks it's a bad deal.

I watched the 720p Dead Rising trailer last night and it looked kick ass. Gives a good idea of what the game will look like vs the shit image quality trailers I have seen online. The gore is sweet, I am looking forward to this a lot more now.

I'll be checking out the Dead Rising trailer tonight. I've seen one online, but like Mortis said, the quality wasn't impressive.

I was using the PA theme for a long time, but you're right, it is hard to see. I switched to the Kameo "Elves" theme. I may look into the Oblivion theme if it's worthwhile, though I doubt it's colorful enough for my taste.

The Dead Rising trailer is also available for download via Xbox Live on the 360. It looks like a cross between RE4 and State of Emergency.

I, regretfully, bought the Atlanta Falcons theme when I first got my 360 (free and early thanks to Mountain Dew!) and was disappointed by how lazy EA was in making it. A picture of the Georgia Dome with a Falcons logo and a more noticable Madden logo. Now I have a picture of Keith Brooking, a Falcons Pro Bowl linebacker, as my background thanks to Windows Media Connect. I see no reason to buy themes now, as I can use any picture I want thanks to WMC.
On a side note, Gamer picture sales will die if they allow people to use the upcoming camera to make gamer pics.
