I'm officially desensitized to all future Red-5-related announcements until they start talking specific dates.

While I have faith in the team, I still in the back of my mind fear that they are perilously analagous to an early Infinium Labs. I certainly hope it turns out not to be so.

Red-5 was founded by guys with a history of making great games.
Infinium Labs was founded by guys with a history of tanking companies.

I think you can safely make a distinction between the two.

That said - playable demos and shipped games are the only press that matter. Anything else is of academic interest at best.

While I'm a big fan of anything going on with the project offset or red 5 folks since they are both little dev houses with big ideas, I'm personally not going to post any more news from them that doesn't include either screen shots, movies, or interviews that answer substaintial questions.
