Gamecloud (http://www.gamecloud.com/) has posted Midway's press release (http://www.gamecloud.com/article.php?article_id=3689) announcing three PSP games that are due for release in 2006.
One game, NBA Ballers: Rebound, had previously been announced and is due out this spring but they also officially announced two more PSP games, the fighting title Mortal Kombat: Unchained (due out this fall) and the racing game Rush (due out for holiday 2006).

Midway announces PSP games
A news worthy headline if ever I saw one. Imagine, releasing "games" for your "portable gaming system." Clever fuckers, Sony.

Disclaimer: I am in no way a proponent of the PSP. I do not own one and do not plan to anytime soon.
Now to the post above:
1. They are announced, and they are going to be arriving soon. It takes time to develop the games.
2. Midway is in no way shape or form associated with Sony other than a publishing company for games on the console. Sony is at fault for not providing any AAA in house games for the PSP. However, they are not at fault for having Midway, or any other publisher for that matter, not having games for the PSP on the market.
3. If you are so damn pissed off about the PSP, sell yours, get a DS, and stop bitching about it in every damn thread about PSP games.

I just hope the Rush coming out on it is either a completely new games which is more like the original arcade games... or a port of one (or all of) the originals.
The new Rush that came out was absolutely fucking horrible. I like Midway (most of the time) but they have a LOT of nerve calling that peice of shit excuse for a racer a Rush game.

I know one of the Midway Arcade Treasure comps had at least one of the Rush arcade games. Didn't that hit the PSP?
